HomeoSync — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of the HomeoSync Notion template (the "Template"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
"We," "Us," "Our" — Daria Gavrilova trading as Decode & Grow, the creator and seller of HomeoSync.
"You," "Your" — The individual or entity purchasing and using the Template.
"Template" — The HomeoSync Notion template, including all pages, databases, views, formulas, and documentation provided.
"Notion" — Notion Labs, Inc., the third-party platform on which the Template operates.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Template in accordance with the License Agreement. You may duplicate and customize the Template within your own Notion workspace for your practice management purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Template with others (whether for free or for payment)
  • Claim the Template or any part of it as your own original work
  • Use the Template to create derivative templates for commercial sale
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices, credits, or attribution
  • Share your duplicate link publicly or with other users who have not purchased their own license
4. Compatibility and Requirements
  • The Template is designed for use with Notion (notion.so) and requires an active Notion account (free or paid).
  • You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your Notion workspace, any connected integrations (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe), and your own technical setup.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with future Notion updates, third-party tools, or custom workspace configurations.
5. No Warranties
The Template is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness
  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Compatibility with your specific practice, regulatory requirements, or workflow
You acknowledge that:
  • This is a practice management tool, not professional, medical, clinical, or legal advice
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards in your jurisdiction
  • We make no representations about the Template's suitability for regulated healthcare professions
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Template
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Template
  • We are not responsible for data loss, patient outcomes, regulatory penalties, or professional liability arising from your use of the Template
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing the Template, you agree to the terms set out in that policy.
8. Updates and Support
  • We may provide updates, improvements, or bug fixes to the Template at our discretion
  • Access to updates is subject to the terms of your License Agreement
  • We are not obligated to provide technical support, though we may offer it on a best-effort basis
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Template, including design, structure, formulas, and documentation, remain our property. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the Template or any parts of it.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
  • Your right to use the Template ceases immediately
  • You must delete all copies of the Template from your Notion workspace
  • No refund will be issued for breaches of these Terms
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Template after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email (if we have your contact details).
