HomeoSync — Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of HomeoSync. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if:
  • The Template is materially different from what was described on the sales page
  • The Template contains critical technical errors that prevent it from functioning as intended
  • You are unable to duplicate the Template into your Notion workspace due to a fault with the Template itself (not Notion's service) and the support was not able to resolve your quiery.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer's Remorse
  • "I changed my mind"
  • "I don't need it anymore"
  • "I found a different solution"
Compatibility or Technical Issues Outside Our Control
  • Notion service outages or limitations
  • Incompatibility with third-party tools (Google Calendar, Stripe, etc.)
  • Issues arising from your Notion workspace settings, permissions, or plan limitations
  • User error or lack of familiarity with Notion
Customization or Feature Requests
  • "It doesn't have the feature I wanted"
  • "I expected it to work differently"
  • "I need more customization"
Please review the Template description, demo video, and Customer Journey guide before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
After the 14-Day Window
  • Refund requests received more than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.
Breach of Terms
  • If you have breached the Terms of Use or License Agreement (e.g., by redistributing the Template), you are not eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@decodengrow.com within 14 days of purchase with:
  1. Subject line: "HomeoSync Refund Request"
  1. Email address used for purchase
  1. Reason for refund request (please be specific)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Process
If Approved
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Conditions Upon Refund
Upon receiving a refund, you agree to:
  • Delete all copies of the HomeoSync Template from your Notion workspace
  • Cease all use of the Template immediately
  • Not retain any backups, duplicates, or derivative versions
Failure to comply may result in legal action to enforce our intellectual property rights.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. Refunds, if approved, will be issued in full (minus any processing fees charged by payment providers, if applicable).
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate your license immediately
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities
  • Pursue legal action for breach of contract
Please contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
7. Updates and Template Changes
Refunds are not available due to:
  • Changes or updates made to the Template after your purchase (updates are free and optional)
  • Notion platform changes that affect Template functionality
8. Purchases via Notion Marketplace
If you purchased HomeoSync through the Notion Marketplace, your purchase may also be subject to Notion's refund terms. In the event of a conflict, Notion's terms will take precedence for Marketplace purchases.
