This Privacy Policy explains how Daria Gavrilova trading as Decode & Grow ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you purchase and use the HomeoSync Notion template.

We do not track how you use the Template within your Notion workspace. Notion's privacy policy governs any data you store in the Template.

6. Your Responsibility: Data in the Template
Important: Once you duplicate HomeoSync into your Notion workspace, you are the data controller for any client or patient information you store in the Template.
You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent from your clients/patients to store their information
  • Ensuring your Notion workspace is secure (strong passwords, two-factor authentication)
  • Not storing sensitive health data in breach of applicable regulations
We are not responsible for:
  • How you use the Template or what data you store in it
  • Data breaches arising from your Notion account or workspace settings
  • Compliance with healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., medical records laws)
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our sales pages and website may use:
  • Essential cookies (for checkout and functionality)
  • Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. However, this may affect your ability to complete a purchase.
We do not use tracking within the HomeoSync Template itself.
