HomeoSync — License Agreement

This License Agreement defines the terms under which you may use the HomeoSync Notion template.
1. License Type
Single-User License
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the HomeoSync template.
This means you may:
  • Duplicate the Template into your personal or business Notion workspace
  • Customize, edit, and adapt the Template for your own practice management needs
  • Use the Template for personal and commercial purposes (i.e., to manage your own homeopathy or holistic health practice)
  • Create unlimited client records, session notes, and symptom trackers within your licensed copy
This does NOT include the right to:
  • Share the Template with employees, contractors, or team members who have not purchased their own license
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Template to any third party
  • Offer the Template (or modified versions) as part of a service, course, or product bundle
  • Use the Template (or any part of it) to create competing products or derivative templates for sale
Multi-User License (Optional Upgrade)
If you require access for multiple users (e.g., a clinic with multiple practitioners), please contact us at info@decodengrow.com to arrange a multi-user license. Pricing and terms will be provided on request.
2. Usage Rights
Personal and Commercial Use
You may use the Template to:
  • Manage your homeopathy or holistic health practice
  • Track client records, appointments, symptoms, remedies, and payments
  • Store and organize practice-related information
  • Integrate with third-party tools (Google Calendar, Stripe, etc.) for your own business operations
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
  • Resell or redistribute: You may not sell, share, or give away the Template (whether modified or unmodified) to others.
  • Public sharing: You may not publish the Template publicly or share duplicate links with non-purchasers.
  • Create derivative products: You may not use the Template as the basis for creating your own templates, courses, or products for sale.
  • Remove attribution: You may not remove or alter any credits, copyright notices, or attribution within the Template.
  • Commercial exploitation: You may not use the Template in any way that competes with or undermines the sale of HomeoSync.
3. Template Updates
Free Updates
Your purchase includes free updates for the lifetime of the Template. Updates may include:
  • Bug fixes and error corrections
  • New features or database enhancements
  • Compatibility updates for new Notion features
  • Improved documentation or guides
How Updates Work
Updates will be delivered via:
  • Email notification with a link to the updated Template version
  • A new duplicate link (you will need to manually transfer your data if significant structural changes are made)
We are not responsible for data migration or loss when updating to a new version. Always back up your data before applying updates.
4. No Transfer of Ownership
This License grants you the right to use the Template, not ownership of it. All intellectual property rights, including:
  • Database structures and schemas
  • Formulas and automation logic
  • Documentation and guides
  • Visual design and branding
…remain the exclusive property of Daria Gavrilova / Decode & Grow.
5. Backup and Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
  • Backing up your data within the Template
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.) in your use of the Template
  • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of client information stored in the Template
We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or breaches arising from your use of the Template or Notion's service.
6. Third-Party Services
The Template may integrate with third-party services such as:
  • Google Calendar
  • Stripe
  • Email providers
  • Automation tools (e.g., Make.com, Zapier)
You are responsible for:
  • Complying with the terms of service of any third-party tools you connect
  • Any fees, subscriptions, or costs associated with those services
  • Data security and privacy when using integrated services
We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party tools and are not liable for issues arising from their use.
7. Termination
This License remains in effect until terminated. It may be terminated if:
  • You breach any term of this Agreement
  • You engage in unauthorized distribution or resale of the Template
  • We cease to offer the Template (in which case your existing license remains valid)
Upon termination, you must:
  • Cease all use of the Template
  • Delete all copies from your Notion workspace
  • Destroy any backups or duplicates in your possession
8. Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
